Married to a native of Cortez, Terry and her husband Rex live just outside of Cortez and when not working spend time at Groundhog, just North of Dolores. Two grown daughters live in the area as well, with Terry's favorite diversion..her grandchildren. An active member of the 4 Corners Board of Realtors, Terry McCabe has earned several designations, Graduate Real Estate Institute, Masters in Real Estate, E-Pro, and Certified Residential Specialist. Past member of the Board of Directors for Colorado Real Estate Network (formed as a regional MLS resource for the Western slope of Colorado), past Colorado Association of Realtors Director, and past President of the local Board, and currently serving as Four Corners Board of Realtors Parade of Lights Chair and Education Director.
