Colorado is in my blood. My great grandparents lived in Tin Cup and my father was raised in Denver. I'm an 'Air Force Brat' who found my Colorado home with a move to Durango in 1974 and another to Cortez in 2003.

Having lived many places, and in La Plata and Montezuma counties for 34 years, I understand that this is a unique part of the world…a virtual outdoor playground where we can still live "the good life".

I was born in Cortez in 1987 and aside from a six year stay in Colorado Springs have lived here most of my life. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy golfing and playing basketball. Taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings here in the four corners, I also enjoy mountain biking and snowboarding. I decided to pursue a career in real estate after high school and am new to the business. I look forward to continuing to grow in my knowledge and experience and I will be happy to devote my time and energy to providing a valuable service to those in need.

I have been a licensed Realtor in Colorado since 2000. I joined RE/MAX December 1, 2007. I have a background in radio and television advertising, and have experience working with a Mancos area Land Developer as sales manager. I love hiking, biking, climbing, paddling, and skiing in our beautiful southwest Colorado.

I’m originally from the Philadelphia area where I began a career cooking in restaurants. This led me to the Culinary Institute of America where I met my future wife.

After graduating in 1993 we moved to Boston for two years to work in fine restaurants. We then moved to Colorado in 1995 to pursue a change in lifestyle (get out of the city). We lived in Summit County until 1998 when we re-located to Mancos; we fell in love with the open space, the beautiful views, accessibility to outdoor activities and culture. We built a custom, passive solar home, and In the process I developed a passion for this type of construction and consequently it is an area of real estate that I have strength in. In 2001 we purchased a small restaurant in Mancos, which we loved for six years before we decided to sell to pursue other interests.

Many of the skills I acquired in the restaurant industry readily extended in to real estate such as an emphasis on customer service, hard work, business and negotiations. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, camping, chicken, river running, reading, and, practicing Aikido.

I am a native of Montezuma County which boasts many recreational activities. I have had the pleasure of 20+ years in real estate helping people find their dream property.
