My wife and I purchased Mesa Verde Realty and the RE/MAX franchise in Cortez, Colorado in 2001, a well established company. At the time I was a Home Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. In a couple years, we soon realized that I was needed more at the office, so I retired from Wells Fargo to become Manager of our growing office. We rank among the top full service real estate companies in our area, and opened a second office in Mancos, Colorado in December of 2007.
